The Dutch rabbit is easily identifiable by its characteristic color pattern, is one of the most popular of all rabbit breeds. The Dutch rabbit did not originate from the Netherlands, they were actually developed in England. The Dutch rabbit has not changed much over the years. The most strongest aspect of this breed is the marking pattern. The blaze is an even wedge of white running up the rabbit's face and the saddle markings is a straight white line running behind the shoulders and continuing underneath the rabbit across to the belly. This rabbit is a well dispositional, caring and some say very jental.
The ideal weight should be between 3 1/2 lbs to 5 1/2 lbs.
